MITRAKU Comumunity was established on March 6th, 2018. with the board composition as follows:

Initiator/Founder : Supriyadi, MM.
Responsible Person : Head of DPMPTSP
Builder : Secretary of DPMPTSP
Administrator : Division Heads of DPMPTSP
Chairman : Toni Wibiyanto, S.IP
Secretary : Abdullah Yulianto
Treasurer : Dani Prasetyo, S.E.

 

This community is engaged in economic and social affairs. The purpose of Mitraku Community is leading the perfect welfare of the members. The fund of this community comes from :

  1. Compulsory Deposits : by voluntary contribution – paid only one time and can be withdrawn when moving to another agency/died.
  2. Principal Deposits: by voluntary contribution – paid monthly and can be withdrawn when moving to another agency/died.
  3. Voluntary Deposits: by voluntary contribution - paid at anytime and will be distributed on the eve of Eid.

The management of Mitraku Community is divided into :

  1. 1. First management is appointed by the initator/founder.
  2. 2. Next management is selected by RAT (annual member meeting) with agreement of the founder.

AD/ART (articles of association/bylaws) will be arranged by first management with these following point of toughts :

  1. Members are DPMPTSP employees who states their willingness with the provided form.
  2. Each member is obligated to pay compulsory, principal and voluntary deposits.
  3. Each member shall be entitled to become an administrator with terms and condition in accordance with AD/ART.
  4. Each member has the right to lend funds from community.
  5. Loans are not subjected to additional charge.
  6. Each member is entitled to give operational cost of community management so that the community can run smoothly.
  7. The board can try and collect halal funds source in accordance with the provision.
  8. The board is entitled to get any benefit from the members' bussiness/refund.

Mitraku Community will be launced on April 1st, 2018 along with Pekalongan City anniversary.

 

The Head of The Office of Invesment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) and Secretary of The Office of Invesment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) when presenting the activities of the fiscal year 2018 and rewarding the staff and structural officials

 

The Head of DPM-PTSP and the Secretary of DPM-PTSP, gather all employees and employees in their staff to provide guidance on the activities to be implemented in fiscal year 2018.

The Head of DPM-PTSP in this occasion would like to thank to all staff who have done all the activities with good dedication and high loyalty.

He also told that in 2018 could be further enhanced its performance because DPM-PTSP has been innovating with the Online Licensing with SAKPORE's Application (concise and economical online licensing application system)

Besides, the head of DPM-PTSP gives awards to employees who are considered to have good performance, among others:

  1.  Monthly Awards to Staff, given to Mr. Dani Prasetyo, S.E, M.E.
  2.  The Semester Period (August-December) 2017 Award to Structural Officials, given to Mrs. Amalia Akwan
  3.  Annual Awards to Staff who have good performed for a full year, given to Mr. Abdullah Yulianto
  4.  The extraordinary appreciation called "WRESTLE PERSON" is the Staff who with difficulty, tireless & Full of duty to carry out the main task and function, which is given to Mr. Muhammad Syukron, S.E.

 

 

 

 

 

 

DPMPTSP Pekalongan City distributed aid of groceris packages to the flood and rob victims throughout Arrisalah Foundation Pabean of North Pekalongan District.

PEKALONGAN CITY - Pekalongan residents, especially those who are located in the District of North Pekalongan currently still affected by floods and rob that inundated their homes. This causes the people's economy to be disturbed, even increase the burden of their lives.

The employees of DPMPTSP through Infaq-shodaqoh program conducted routinely every morning after the assembly, trying to alleviate the victim's burden of life affected by the flood and rob by distributing the aid of 60 groceries packages through Arrisalah Foundation which is located at Pabean Mas, Pabean Subdistrict, North Pekalongan District.

Although not distributed comprehensively but at least it can lighten the burden of people affected by the disaster. According to Yayasan Arrisalah, the aid will be distributed to orphans and dhu'afa around Pabean Sub-district.

According to the Secretary of DPMPTSP Pekalongan City, SUPRIYADI, SH, M.Pd, infaq-shodaqoh program in the environment of employees in DPMPTSP already routinely implemented every morning after the assembly. The infaq box is provided at the entrance of the office to make it easier for employees to set aside some of theirsustenance for people in need.

Earlier, in the month of Ramadan 1438 H, DPMPTSP has also provided aid to school children whose homes become victims of rob. Provision of the aid in the form of 100 School Stationery package is given to the students of SD Pabean 01 of North Pekalongan.

Hopefully the employees of DPMPTSP Pekalongan City can share their sustenance to people in need as treasure cleaners that have been received. May the provision of this help as a charity of worship and bring blessing to all of us.

 

 

 

Department of Invesment and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP) of Pekalongan City, starting today, Friday (29/12), implements the policy in applying two license which are Business Trading License (SIUP) and Company Register (TDP) by online.

 

 

People are no longer to come to the DPMPTSP office to take care of those licenses.they only need to open the application from computers or smartphone, register and meet the requirements, then the license will be delivered to their home if it has been published.
