Regional  Rules No. 8 year of 2007 about Advertisement Tax.

Requirements

• Non Construction
  1. Fill the Request form of Advertisement License.
  2. Photocopy of People ID.
• Construction
  1. Fill the Request form.
  2. Photocopy of ID.
  3. Picture or Text of the advertisement will be installed.
  4. Photo and Picture of the advertisement Location and Construction.
  5. Unobjectionable Statement Letter from the location owner for the advertisement out of the Infrastructure and Facilities of the City.
  6. Specially for the people who wants to arrange the extension of license , submit the past license
  7. Building Establishing License (IMB) for permanent advertisement with the size more than 6 square meters

1. Processing Time is 5 days.
2. Fee is Free
